Fax Burner: Send & Receive Fax App Reviews

After I sent one fax, all the other faxes come back as "failed". What a waste of time. They were important documents as well. Ill be finding another app. I just kept this one so I could give this app 0 out of 5 stars, but it forces me to put 1 anyway. Piece of junk this app is. I wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

I wanted to try it but didnt work, its not free at all , if you read the policy it sounds that you can send 5 free faxes a month but it seems to be 5 life time!! Even though I couldnt use anyone even to try.

Doesnt work and always get the "fax failed" email afterwards Shitty app.

This is one of my favourite apps, especially because it helps me turn my iPhone into a portable office. Reasonable monthly fee, super fast and easy to use. Higher PDF resolution would be nice, though.

Crap app. Wont send, failed, crap. Will NOT recommend at all.

Horrible service. Worked for only one fax. I tried to contact support for assistance but they wont respond to my emails and they do not have a contact phone number. Faxes ring through but will not connect to fax machines. Do not use faxburner!

You should add a dropbox support to access .doc or .pdf files because faxing a photo of a document causes bad quality. The rest of the app works well (it crashes when the fax is sent but the delivery is still successful).

This app has helped me turn my smartphone into a fax machine. There is truly an app for everything on iOS. It works great for taking the picture and setting up the doc that you want to send. And it actually works. Tip. It needs a face left though. Needs a more modern look.

Please add Dropbox support. Please add support for iOS 7 and iPhone 5. Please add wifi and Bluetooth feature. Please scan to pdf feature and concert to pdf and JPEG feature. Please add printer feature.

This is one of my favorite app. However since recent update (Version 3.4) the app fails to open in iOS 5.0.1 but works perfectly well with iOS 5.1.1 and above. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Had to use any fax software at that specific time and tried it twice didnt work.. No fax received now worried about the content! No email confirmation so had to use a regular machine to send the fax... Really disappointed...

Easy to use and functional. Would like a Canadian phone number but dont use it enough to justify fee. I would prefer a pay as you go fee.

I purchased the full year professional service through the in app purchase service but it didnt credit me. I emailed the support address in my welcome fax and it was resolved within the day. I give them 5 stars for support and service and the expectation that whatever caused the in app purchase failure is fixed.
