IN-APP PURCHASE MAY NOT WORK

I purchased the full year professional service through the in app purchase service but it didnt credit me. I emailed the support address in my welcome fax and it was resolved within the day.
I give them 5 stars for support and service and the expectation that whatever caused the in app purchase failure is fixed.
