Cannot fax without signing up for account

So far this app does just what it says. You can send and receive faxes for free. You get a fax phone number thats good for 24 hours without charge. If you want to keep that number then there is a charge. But, this allowed me to photograph a document from my phone and send it quite easily. I will have to check with the recipient to make sure that they received it in a legible way. By the way, I cant believe that text technology is even in use anymore.

Theres a lifetime fax send limit of 5 pages. But, for a price you can upgrade. To be useful for an occasional fax its nit really free. Id rather pas as I go per page, like $.50 + $.25 per page or something. Pretty decent app, but the free part is really a trial. Not unreasonable, but typical hidden feature marketing.

Only two free faxes then they want 79.99

I cannot delete the app from my ipad or through iTunes. I have tried everything short of a reset, but the app wont delete. It either says under the icon that it is "waiting" or "sending." Please look in to this issue which started after the last update.

A lot of other apps make you buy a subscription to even make it work and have to provide a credit card just to get a fax. Not so with this app. No purchase necessary. Works great. Only one I found that works so well and does not require purchase to receive fax.

As far as the free version it does what it says. Cant complain about free.

I needed to send a fax to my doctor. After looking at review sites I picked this one. Very simple and fast. Hit the plus signs to fill in a cover sheet and take a photo of the pages (or load them from your Camera folder.) Fill in the Fax To number and go. You receive a 24 hour number to use to send and receive and can rent it for a year if you need to put a fax# on your letterhead. I did not use the paid services because I only sent one page. I think I get five free pages to send. But this was perfect with lots of feedback, like a copy of my faxed page and a success email.

9/1/16 It took my $80 without ever upgrading my account to the paid version. It still shows that I have the free version with all limitations. There is no support contact on developers website unless you have a paid account, so I have no way to contact them about the glitch- even though they took my $80. I have signed out and back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, and waited several days; nothing has worked. I am reporting them to Apple as a scam/ bad business practices...

Uploaded full pages. Fax cut down to tiny portion of each. Removing now. Will not be recommending to others.

Says you get to send 5 pages free. Tried to send a fax with exactly 5 pages and got an email saying the fax failed to send because I used all 5 of my free pages already. This was the first time Ive ever tried to send something.. Waste of time

Ive been using this app for years! I did purchase the premium service and it worked fine! I have never had a bad experience using this app. Try it!

I used only the free version, and received the faxes I needed. Free number is good for 24 hours.

Received all the faxes with no problems. Excellent, especially since it was free.

Seemed to work, & pages were "confirmed," but the fax was never received... makes me wonder if i just sent fax burner my personal info un securely or perhaps is it just a scam app only harvesting unsuspecting individuals personal information!? will be deleting app & paying verrrry close attention to other/future/ media/tech reports about this app.

This is a total rip off. The faxes do. It go through period!! And by a chance of a miracle they come through, it is unable to open. Do not waste your money, time, or phone space.
