FAILED counts towards your free credits

Failed faxes count towards your free credits which I think is really crappy. I’ll stick to using FaxFile where I can purchase credits as necessary and not pay $80. There are many many Fax Apps, no need to stick to one that you don’t like. Be more competitive FaxBurner.
