Once again another app takes your money

I was looking for an app that could send a fax to my iPhone. At first all I needed was a few pages to be sent so this app worked fine for the free five page limit. Then I noticed that I actually have a need for an app like this and so I signed up for the services. I got an advertisement from them stating that I would get three months for the priceof one. When the payment went through my account was successfully set up. However I noticed that my next billing cycle is next month. So where is my free two months that came with this advertisement. So where is my free two months that came with this advertisement. I tried sending an email through their site and also from my phone, but no help. Their emails are not received by anyone. So no help at all. Dont waste your money, go to your local fed ex store and get your work done there. This app is a rip off.
